automatically become a Silver member.

2. How do I upgrade my membership tier?

Your membership tier is based on your spending with iMoment. You’ll be automatically

upgraded when you reach the required spending amount.

Gold: RM800 spend

Platinum: RM1,800 spend

3. How do I earn points?

You earn points when you make purchases at iMoment. The number of points earned depends on your membership tier.

4. How can I redeem my points?

You can use your points to redeem rewards available on the member portal. Each reward requires a different number of points, and the points required will be shown before you redeem.

5. What benefits do Gold and Platinum members receive?

Gold members receive 5% off, while Platinum members receive 10% off. These discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

6. Do I get a birthday reward?

Yes. Members receive a birthday reward based on their membership tier. Your available birthday reward will be shown on your member portal.
